Natural Privacy Begins Here
Bamboo is best known for its ability to provide natural privacy screens. We primarily grow non-invasive clumping bamboos suitable for South Texas and the Gulf Coast, so don’t worry about it running and spreading. We only sell select and ideal species that we have grown and cultivated here in Texas for over 20 years.
Visiting Our Nursery
Schedule an appointment to visit our nursery, take a tour, learn about bamboo, and select the species most suited to your needs. Here is how it works:
Wendy will take you on a tour of our display garden to view full-size specimens and help you select the species most suited to your needs.
Tour our 28,800 sq ft nursery to select your plants. We are extremely proud of our plants and believe you will be very impressed! We offer the highest quality container bamboos available. *Wear waterproof shoes as this is a working nursery.
Schedule an appointment with Wendy to visit our nursery to select your bamboo. We will help you load it up. Bring a big tarp and some bungee cords. We also sell used tarps. Our bamboo is tall and needs protection from the wind during transport!
We offer local and out of town delivery (drive way drop off) within certain parameters. Order minimums and per-loaded-mile rates will apply. Ask Wendy for a quote!
Our Location
Our 6 acre nursery is located in Hockley, TX just outside of Northwest Houston. We see clients by appointment only, so please email wendy@bambootexas.com or call 281-772-1875 to schedule a visit. Email communication is suggested for a faster and more detailed response.
