The American Bamboo Society is dedicated to expanding the understanding, appreciation, and utilization of bamboo. Through research, advocacy, education, and community outreach, the society promotes the benefits of bamboo as a renewable and sustainable resource in horticulture, agriculture, art and industry.
We are so excited to say that we were just featured in the ABS Magazine (October 2025), and that we will be the host of the ABS Convention in October of 2026! More information on this event will be posted on our site as it gets closer.
