Bambusa chungii barbelatta is a gorgeous clumping bamboo with culms coated in white powder (bloom) which gives shaded culms a blue tint and makes it an extremely attractive choice for ornamental landscaping.  It is a smaller version of the Bambusa Chungii Blue Bamboo making it a better fit for many spaces. It is absolutely stunning with bottom lighting especially when planted by a pool or water feature. For screening purposes install 1 plant every 8-10 ft. John's other favorite!
