SALES POLICY:

All Sales, including deposits, are final. Once a sale is made those plants are hand picked, tagged, and held for the customer and unavailable to be sold to other customers. Customers are welcome to come and hand pick the plants in person, however, should customers choose to have Bamboo Texas select the plants those choices are final.

WARRANTY:

Bamboo Texas produces very high quality plants that are very well established prior to being sold. As long as the planting and care instructions are followed customers should not have any issues with their plants. That being said Bamboo Texas has no control over how the plants are cared for once they leave our location so warranties are not provided on the plants.
